Environmental Solutions System

VOC deodorizer (KR), concentrator (KU)

K-MATROLL®

Ideal for relatively small-scale VOC deodorization.

This apparatus adsorbs and concentrates VOCs in exhaust gas with a relatively small air volume, and economically oxidizes and decomposes (deodorizes) them. It contributes to environmental improvement by deodorizing local exhaust gas from small-scale printing, coating, painting, parts cleaning, and exhaust gas from laboratories.

Features

This system combines a concentrator that utilizes K-FILTER® activated carbon fiber in roll form with an electric catalytic oxidizer to automatically change the amount of regenerated air, enabling constant energy-saving operation.

Energy-saving operation and high VOC removal rate

By concentrating, it is possible to deodorize in a smaller size and with less energy (cost) than direct combustion. In addition, the regeneration air volume is automatically changed and controlled according to VOC load, contributing to futher energy savings. The VOC removal rate is maintained at over 90%.

Compact design

The KR system is a packaged model consisting of a concentration section and an oxidative decomposition section, making the apparatus compact. Furthermore, the all-electric design requires no utility connections other than electricity. It can be efficiently installed even in locations where space is limited.

Easy to handle and safe

The KR system can be easily operated by simply pressing the start and stop buttons. Easy to handling and operating. The K-MAT are also designed to be easily replaced by the customer. In addition, the thin K-MAT dissipates heat easily and does not accumulate heat, so they can use it with confidence.

Applications

This apparatus has been installed in a variety industries for deodorization and concentration processing as follows.

Toluene, xylene, etc. treatment at paint factory

Treatment with thinner etc. at cleaning factory
